The Church Has Left The Building
Hi guys, we have some really exciting news. 1:27 will be running a free event called “1:27 Unite – The Church Has Left The Building” on Sunday 22nd February, 2 days after the gig at The Guildhall, at Horizons Youth and Community Centre in Churchdown. It will start a 7pm and going to be awesome. We’ll have some great worship, some words from Jamie Hill from The Bible Society and Quench and some great testimonies, finishing off with the chance to engage with God in some ministry time. We will be taking over the whole building so we’ll have some meeting, prayer and ministry space as well as the main event. This is a great opportunity to bring along friends and family to something really exciting.
We are asking everyone who reads this to really get behind this event as it is a step forward for us at 1:27. This is what we set out to do, to take the Word out to those who, for whatever reason, might never set foot in a church. We would love to see you there with all your friends, alternatively if you can’t make it we ask that you include us and the event in your prayers, we really need your support to make this great.
If you can make it , feel free to turn up early and join us in prayer beforehand. If you arrive for 7pm you can grab a drink and head on in. It’s really easy to find, it’s on the B4063 road between Gloucester and Cheltenham and it’s on the 94 bus route. If you’re driving you can get onto B4063 from either the Elmbridge Court or Arle Court round-abouts, at either end of the A40 (Golden Valley) and there’s loads of parking there.
We really encourage you to come along and help make this a great event, take one night off from your regular church, and invite someone who you’ve been praying about for ages. This would also be great for youth groups, students and families. This is a huge leap of faith for us and we need your support to make it work.

Right I need to get back to praying frantically for this so I’d better go, we look forward at a 1:27 event on either the 20th or 22nd (or both) of February.
